Welcome to the SaaSili.Digital Affiliate Program, powered by Reditus.

These Terms govern your participation in the program and outline your responsibilities, commission structure, and other important legal terms. By signing up as an Affiliate, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Program Overview

SaaSili.Digital offers high-performing LinkedIn carousels built by GTM operators — not designers. As an Affiliate, you’ll earn commission by referring new paying customers to our carousel packages via your unique Reditus link.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old

  • Operating a legitimate business, community, network, or channel relevant to SaaS, marketing, GTM, or growth

  • Compliant with applicable laws and ethical marketing practices

SaaSili.Digital reserves the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

You will earn:

  • [X%] recurring commission on all direct sales (excluding refunds or chargebacks) from customers you refer via your Reditus tracking link

  • Commissions are paid monthly, following a 30-day validation window to allow for any cancellations or disputes

Exact commission rates and tiers will be visible in your Reditus dashboard.

4. Attribution

Attribution is based on:

  • Last-click model within a [30-day] cookie window

  • A valid Reditus referral link

Referrals made outside of this tracking method cannot be attributed retroactively.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payouts are made monthly, provided your earned commission exceeds the minimum payout threshold of [e.g., £50]

  • Payments are made via [Stripe / PayPal / Bank Transfer – as per Reditus settings]

  • You are responsible for any transaction fees or taxes applicable in your jurisdiction

6. Promotion Guidelines

You're free to promote SaaSili.Digital via:

  • Blogs, newsletters, websites, or communities

  • LinkedIn, X (Twitter), or other social media (no paid ads allowed unless pre-approved)

  • Personal outreach or SaaS-focused groups

Prohibited:

  • Misleading claims about SaaSili.Digital or its relationship to you

  • Use of spam, bots, or deceptive practices

  • Bidding on our brand name in paid search or domain squatting

We want long-term brand advocates, not traffic arbitrage.

7. Brand Use

You may use our logo and promotional content provided via Reditus or SaaSili.Digital for the sole purpose of promotion. All assets must be used respectfully and without modification.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your affiliate status if:

  • You breach these terms

  • You misuse our brand or act in bad faith

  • We discontinue the program

You may also leave the program at any time via your Reditus dashboard.

If terminated for breach, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms, commission rates, or program structure at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or Reditus notifications. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Legal Disclaimer

This program does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and SaaSili.Digital. All trademarks, service marks, and content remain the property of SaaSili or its licensors.
