SaaSili.Digital – Delivery Terms

These Delivery Terms (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made from SaaSili.Digital (“Supplier”) and form a binding agreement between Supplier and the purchasing customer (“Client”). By placing an order and making payment, the Client accepts these Terms.


1. Scope & Delivery

  • Supplier provides the following services (“Deliverables”):

    • Single Carousels (individual assets)

    • Carousel Packs (e.g., 3-pack, 5-pack, 10-pack)

    • Momentum Packages (Starter, Growth, Scale) delivered over a three-month period.

  • Deliverables are supplied in PDF format, with a supporting LinkedIn post draft delivered by email.

  • Timelines:

    • Single Carousels → within 48 hours of cleared payment.

    • Packs → delivered according to Client’s posting cadence.

    • Momentum Packages → delivered weekly, no later than 12:00pm UK time on Mondays.


2. Revisions & Client Input

  • Each Deliverable includes one (1) round of revisions.

  • Client must provide brand colours (hex values) and a logo in PNG with transparent background before work begins.

  • If the Client is unresponsive, Supplier may proceed using professional judgment. Deliverables are deemed accepted unless issues are raised within 5 business days.


3. Fees & Payment

  • Pilot Carousels and Starter Momentum Packages100% upfront.

  • Growth and Scale Momentum Packagesmonthly in advance.

  • Payment accepted by bank transfer (USD, EUR, GBP) or credit card.

  • Work begins only once payment has cleared.


4. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Use

  • Once payment has cleared, the Client owns the Deliverables created for them.

  • Supplier retains rights to underlying templates, frameworks, and methodologies.

  • Supplier may showcase Deliverables in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.


5. Warranties & Liability

  • Supplier does not guarantee specific business results from the Deliverables.

  • Supplier’s liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client.

  • Supplier is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its control (e.g., illness, outages, strikes, government actions).


6. Termination & Refunds

  • If Supplier cancels before delivery, the Client will receive a 100% refund.

  • If the Client cancels before work begins, Supplier may refund up to 90–100% (minus processing fees).

  • If the Client cancels after work has begun, refunds are at Supplier’s discretion.

  • No refunds apply once Deliverables are delivered.


7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
